Comments:   Very thorough and Keith took his time going through the house inside and out. Report was comprehensive, easy to read and navigate, and included numerous photo illustrations. Completed report was forwarded via email in a timely manner. Appreciated his findings especially items that were needing to be addressed but would not have been caught by us without his expertise. For example, finding there was no cover on the shower vent outside that was hard to see overhead. I highly recommend his services to others.

Comments:   Very professional and extremely thorough. Pictures were made of the actual inspection and were made available to me. This kept any argument or disagreement to occurr. The inspection had to be delayed twice and the company was extremely gracious in finding appropriate days and times. I could not be more satisfied. I recommend them without hesitation.
